One of the best ways to fall in love with being a coach…is to coach people you love being around. Finding your niche is all about reaching the people you most want to help and customizing your message to attract and serve them best.
Before we work on identifying your ideal customer, let’s review some of the common obstacles we hear from coaches who struggle with finding their Niche. Here are some common objections:
- “I want to help everyone get fit! Why would I leave anyone out?”
- “Beachbody doesn’t have just one type of customer, they have programs for every body, why would it help me to target my market?”
- “Isn’t it critical that I just be myself and use that to attract people?”
Finding your niche isn’t about limiting your business, it’s about maximizing your ability to serve people you most want to impact. When you do that, you set yourself apart from all the marketing noise your ideal customer is exposed to every day of their life. When your ideal customer sees or hears your message, they naturally say “me too”, “I am just like her/him”! If they feel that way because you have spoken to their hopes, fears, dreams and desires…you win!
So, who is your ideal customer? Use this guide to get perfectly clear and start speaking their language so that you can start attracting them to your team.
