- Keep your Nutrition Simple! We have always believed that nutrition belongs in the kitchen. Even so, we know it’s the number one reason people can’t stick with it. Food is complicated and eating out is easy. Which is why we use easy meal plans, recipes, portion containers and even a cooking show to keep food simplified. Whether you make your favorite shake, boost your workouts, grab a healthy snack, or cleanse and refresh your system; Beachbody pours the same love into your kitchen, that they pour into everything else they do.
- Get connected for Success! Our community literally surrounds every member with support, and you get to choose what kind of support works best for you. You can join an online challenge group, use our tracker app for quick daily check-ins, or get the one-on-one support you need from a coach; the magic of our healthy formula is in the people you connect with.
Finding “Your Healthy Formula” is what we do:
The most important benefit of the Beachbody Solution is that it helps anyone who wants to live a healthier lifestyle to discover what their own “Healthy Formula” is. Everyday, we watch people change their body which then changes their lives. This is why we are so passionate about helping people find their healthy formula. It’s a beautiful thing! It’s important to understand that we don’t push everyone down the same path. Instead we ask questions, listen, and become a trusted advisor. There's a big difference between helping someone and just selling something which is why we like to invite people to explore, try out, and discover what works for them. So how do you find your Healthy Formula and how do you help others find there’s too? You answer these questions and create a three step “Healthy Formula” plan.
1. Move your body
The key is to know what you enjoy and look at the results you’re gaining from that activity. Is the exercise you’re doing getting you closer to your goal? Are you getting stronger? Is your body functionally able to do what you want it to do? What form of exercise makes you happy? Do you like to get your heart rate up with cardio workouts? Do you enjoy weight lifting? Maybe you're a runner, or golfer. Or is yoga your thing?
Maybe your reason for not working out is that you feel like you don’t have enough time: Most Beachbody workouts are now 30 minutes and the programs can be 3 weeks to 3 months long. Maybe you are afraid of trying something that is too much for your current fitness level: Every program has an intensity level and modifier so that you can make a good choice and dial it down in the beginning while your body gets stronger. Space to workout isn’t a major factor when you choose a program that requires little or no equipment and less than 6 feet of room to move. The good news is that you can take your workouts with you anywhere you go with the online streaming library. 2. Feed your body
Nutrition has the greatest impact on how your body functions. If your goal is to lose weight, then calories account for 70% of your results and dramatic diets won’t serve you long term. It helps to consider what motivates you to make a change in your food habits.
Take a 3 Day Refresh: Are you someone who needs to start by going cold turkey off of the unhealthy choices you’ve been making and drop 3-5 pounds in a few days in order to kick-start your mindset? If so, then you might want set aside three days on your calendar for our 3-Day Refresh program, and use that as a boost to your healthy formula plan.

3. Get connected for success

Someone who was taking the journey with them that they could check in with on a regular basis. This is the foundation of our entire Team Beachbody community and the reason we offer several ways to help complete this step of your healthy formula. The support of a Coach and community to integrate healthy living into your everyday lifestyle. So what is the best way for you to stay connected?
- Join a Facebook Challenge Group: Coaches provide fun interactive tips and tools to their customers in the form of an online Facebook group. Whether the challenge is short term or ongoing, the idea is that you can join the group and instantly surround yourself with other people who are on a path to lose weight or get healthy together.
- Check in with a mobile app: Team Beachbody has a simple app that Coaches use to serve people who don’t have a lot of time, but want the accountability of checking in and getting inspired by others who are committed to the same journey. Some groups are program specific. Many are short term trials of new programs. The idea is to keep accountability in your daily healthy formula activities simple, interactive, and fun.
- One-on- One Coach support: Sometimes you need a little more motivation to work through some of the hurdles that come with implementing your healthy formula. Coaches offer free one-on- one support that often happens through text messages, emails, or quick check in calls. Once you’ve worked through those obstacles, you can join in a group to expand your support to people just like you who are inspired to live their healthy formula too.
So that’s how we support helping people find and live their healthy formula. The key is to understand that some many already have one of the three areas of their healthy formula that’s working. That doesn’t mean you can’t help them. That doesn’t rule them out for being a part of your community, or being your customer. You want to become a valued and trusted friend for anyone who shares your desire to live a healthy lifestyle. You may discover that your cross-fit neighbor loves the performance product lineup.
