Every business has measurements that help the owner stay on track and focus on growth. Back in my corporate days we called those milestones “key indicators”. They literally helped us see if our efforts were generating results. In a similar way with healthy living, we have key indicators like our body weight, our body mass index, our blood pressure and blood sugar levels…just to name a few. To keep the business side of coaching simple, Beachbody created the Success Club program as a foundational focus for every coach, every month. It's our "Key Indicator" for growth. We have learned that the top coaches who achieve a consistent level of growth and a stable income set out to achieve Success Club first and foremost every month.
SO WHAT IS SUCCESS CLUB? Every time a Coach connects with a new Customer or a Coach who chooses to start their journey to healthier living with either a Challenge Pack, a Home Direct order of Shakeology OR other products that support their program totaling 90 Point Volume or more; Success Club points are awarded.

1 Point for a 90 PV Home Direct order
The Goal? Reach 5 or more Success Club Points in each calendar month. Which ultimately means you are growing your business by 3 new Challenge Pack Customers or Coaches per month. There is a second tier for those who like to raise the bar, which is to reach 10 or more points, meaning you have a minimum of 5 new people on board with a Challenge Pack.
Reach Success Club 5 or 10 every month and a year from now you will have 36-60 new Coaches and/or Customers that continue to fuel your success and build your income. Even more importantly, you will be growing as a Coach when you get out there and help other people reach their goals. Imagine a year from now having 36-60 stories of people who are grateful that you invited them to make a change.
But that’s not all…Beachbody likes to raise the bar by throwing in fun incentives, team cup challenges, paid vacations, and monthly rewards for doing the very thing every coach needs to do to build business they feel proud of.
We believe that the very best advice we can give a new coach is to get on board with Success Club in their very first month and stay there for their entire coaching career. That’s why we focus on teaching the skills and providing the tools for you to invite a minimum of 3 Challenge Pack customers to our monthly Summer Strong Challenge group. It’s also the reason we want you to have success in building your team with the Sneak Peek and Coach University program. It all fits together for you to experience success right from the start.
