PREFERRED PLACEMENT

We are going to step into something a little more technical for today. You may be starting to have individuals who want to sign up as coaches that are either going to be getting just the wholesale discount or want to actively learn the business just as you are. The Beachbody team structure is called a “Binary” plan, which basically means every coach has two teams. Beachbody selected this model after exploring every other proven compensation model because it is simple to understand and encourages leaders to build their team rather than manipulate them to their advantage.

In the beginning, preferred placement isn't something to be too concerned about, outside of getting your first two coaches placed with one in each leg. You have 5 business days to request a change of placement if something isn’t right, and you also have the support of your sponsoring coach to help you along the way!

HOW DO YOU KNOW WHERE TO PLACE PEOPLE ?

Every Coach has two teams, or as we like to call them two “Legs” in their downline organization. To set up your preferred placement you need to log into: Coach Office >> Go to: Monitor My Business > Then: Preferred Placement. From here you can either leave the placement to automatic or set the preferred placement of a new coach. To get started; you really just want to make sure you have one active coach placed in your LEFT leg, and one active coach placed in your RIGHT leg which qualifies you as an Emerald Coach. Beyond your first two coaches, for team builders we teach a placement strategy that helps build a "POWER LEG" on one side, followed by a "GROWTH LEG" on the other side. Click HERE if you want to learn more about building your team beyond Emerald coach using this strategy!
