Congratulations on your progress! This second phase of our Coach University is called the Emerald phase. Our goal here is to help you reach the next growth milestone in your business: enrolling your first two Coaches and achieving the rank of Emerald. Up to this point, we’ve focused on helping you find customers from your friends and family. A key step in expanding the number of people you impact is by finding others interested in coaching. Plus, when you start to have a team of Coaches working together, it's just a lot more fun!
I know this concept of “rank advancementˮ can be new, so watch this quick video Beachbody made to explain the concept, “How to Rank Advance video”. It's a little bit goofy...but Michael helps make understanding cycle bonus in fun terms.
The next step is to invite people you know to learn more about what Beachbody Coaching is all about. We often host monthly live SNEAK PEEK events that will cover questions most prospective coaches have. There will be other seasoned coaches in this group that are there to share their experience and provide any information you might not know as a new coach. In addition, we have a facebook group and webpage dedicated to common coach questions:

If you want to step to Emerald, this is the time to reach out and invite people to take a look at what being a coach is all about!
TODAY'S TASKS:
Make a list of the people you know who:
might be curious about what coaching is
are currently life or athletic coaches
have had results with Beachbody programs
want the best deal on Shakeology
love fitness (including trainers and athletes)
need a fun way to make additional income
are bored or unfulfilled in their job
are looking for accountability with their own fitness and health goals
When you feel like you are done with your list, post how many you have! Don't let your mind judge what they might say because truly, as Dr. Seuss wisely wrote: "Those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind." We're just going to have fun learning new skills in the next few weeks!
